- Entrance to the common entrance: If you live in a SmartVille certified complex, you can enter and exit from the common entrance.
- Elevator call: It is possible to automatically call the elevator at the same time as entering the common entrance. (May vary depending on the environment of the residential complex)
- Management of notices in the complex: You can check notices in the complex through the SmartVille application.
- Complaint management: You can proceed with complaints and inquiries within the complex through the SmartVille application.

- Smartville (smartville) application is available only in Smartville certified complex.

- The smartville application is available only for smartphones with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
