And this has placed us in a challenging position regarding your hotel stay.

As per our hotel's policy and based on the contract, it is required that all payments for accommodations be settled before check-out.

Given the current situation, we kindly request that you provide a credit card authorization as a temporary measure to guarantee your stay with us.

Please rest assured, this is a standard procedure in such cases, and once your original bank transfer is confirmed, any charge on the credit card will be canceled, and the payment through the transfer will be considered final.

We understand that this situation may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any distress this may cause.

However, without the completion of the payment process today, we regrettably will not be able to extend your room booking.
